5. Don't forget the fruits
You may now be tempted to eat sweet things. Get everything you want, but from the fruits. Some baked pears can be great. You can add nuts or a little frozen yogurt and that's it. It is a low-fat recipe and in the end it will be a good dessert to get in shape.
